When shipping your order, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been accepted.

Your order status may take up to one hour to update after your order has been placed.

Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes or freight forwarders. 

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have given on your order form. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect or incomplete. 

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. An estimated delivery time for your order will be available to view in checkout.

Delivery can take longer than expected due to things beyond our control. FISH U.S. always does our best to ship on time. We cannot be held responsible for late delivery.
